My hubbie called (the one who has been working out every day in Iraq for the past 8 months – that bastard) and told me he’ll be home in a couple of weeks! Shit! Fuck! I look like shit! Oh, and yay! I’m so excited! 
If I was totally not me this is the advice I’d give myself: “Don’t worry about it Ali-ers, he’s just gonna be so happy to see you and your daughter! He won’t care if you’ve gained a little weight.”
And I know that is all true and I am totally thankful that he is coming home safe and sound and all that goodness. But still. Fuck! I am me, so now I am trying to figure out a good, solid, completely unhealthy way to lose weight in the next 3 weeks!
