Freaking finally June 18, 2009

We just moved into the house we bought last Friday. It took forevers to get here! Ergh. Some year I’ll take pics and stuff :)
Also! somehow we acquired another cat along the way – now we have three. I think they grow on trees.

    I’m hangin’ in there, Anners. :) I can’t wait to be done with school. Right now I am taking an online Astronomy course and it is kicking my butt. I didn’t realize that Physics would be involved, I thought we’d just gaze at the stars and learn about constellations and stuff. I was bamboozled!

    I did that “which crazy writer are you?” that you sent me on Facebook and I got Tom Wolfe. I’m disappointed. I wanted to be someone like Dorothy Parker, but I’m not cool enough :(

      Don’t let school get you down. Once you’re finished with the class, you feel a huge sense of accomplishment. Like when I let my friends convince me to ride all the roller coasters @ Busch Gardens even though I’m afraid of heights.

    Akeelers, to be honest with you I’ve never even read any Tom Wolfe. [hangs head] I guess I should before I go around talkin’ smack about him.
    You’re totes right about that class. I know I will feel soo relieved when it’s over. And good on ya for going on all those roller coasters! I am a little afraid of them too, but after the ride is over I’m always proud of myself for doing it :)

      I only read Bonfire of the Vanities. I couldn’t tell you anything else about his work. He wears a white suit year round and he likes George Bush. I guess he’s not so cool after all. I’m sorry Aliers. *pokes out bottom lip*
